Your speaker, Mr. Edwin Beange, B.E.Sc.,P.Eng, MBA, bought Hansen in 1991 and sold it on April 1, 2023 to a Canadian Public Company called Exchange Income Corporation (EIC). It took Edwin 32 years to become an overnight success. Mr. Beange is a humorous and engaging speaker who will tell his rags to riches story in the hope of encouraging you to create and realize your own dreams. He will touch on automation, Emotional Intelligence (EI), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), peer mentorship, team building, cancer, depression, ping-pong, Strategic Planning, delegation, timing and luck. Hansen Industries Ltd. is a manufacturer of sheet metal and machined components for the electronics industry. Hansen uses over 30 Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) lasers, waterjets, mills, lathes, and punch presses in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
