We’d like to introduce you to 2 of our Trumpf CNC punch presses: the TRUMPF 2020R and TC200R. Both use Merry Mechanization’s SMP 3D modelling and tool-path software and use pre-aligned tool cartridges.

The 2020 features:

Punching Force: 20 tons
Max Simultaneous X/Y Speed: 4300 inch/min
Max Stroke Rate (Punching): 900/min (2200/min marking)
360 Degree Tool Rotation: 3 rotations/sec
Max Sheet Thickness: 0.25 inch
Tool Stations: 19 (190 with multitool) and 2 clamps
Working range (X,Y): 100 inch x 50 inch

Our TC200R machine has 15 tooling stations and 2 clamp stations. Three of the tooling stations have a 6-tool multi-tool, providing us with a total of 30 auto-indexable stations. The table limit of the TC200R is slightly smaller than the 2020 at 80”x50”, but also has a 0.25 inch max sheet thickness and a punching force of 20 tones. It can hit 420 times per minute.
