CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services utilize advanced Haas, Okuma, and Bridgeport equipment to deliver high-precision, non-ferrous parts with tolerances up to ±0.001″. With cutting-edge technology, including pallet pools, bar feeders, and rotary tables, we ensure efficient production for both prototyping and short-run manufacturing.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal shop specializes in electronic enclosures, offering precision fabrication in steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Equipped with advanced Mitsubishi and Trumpf lasers, punch presses, and brake presses, we deliver high-quality parts with a preferred maximum cabinet size of 72″ x 36″ x 18″—ideal for both prototyping and production.
Metal Stamping
Metal stamping utilizes both advanced CNC technology and traditional hard dies to produce high-precision parts with repeatable accuracy and cost-efficiency. Ideal for high-volume production and long-life components, this method is widely used across industries such as electrical, electronics, construction, marine, medical, and more.
Tool and Die
We design and build custom metal stamping dies in-house, using SolidWorks, Wire EDM, and CNC machining. Specializing in single-stage and progressive dies, we support runs up to 100,000 parts with 100-ton press capacity. Prototype parts and automated feeding systems ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Punch/Laser Combo
Our Trumpf 1000 combines punching and laser cutting in one system for greater efficiency. It handles sheets up to 5′ x 10′ in steel, aluminum, galvanized, or copper, performing tasks like tapping, countersinking, and precision edge cutting. Automated loading and part separation streamline the process for consistent results.
Waterjet Cutting
We operate three Omax Waterjet machines, cutting materials up to 10″ thick—titanium, composites, carbon fiber, and more. With a 60″ x 120″ envelope and ±0.003″ tolerance, they deliver burr-free cuts without heat distortion. Ideal for complex materials. Send .dxf or CAD files for a free quote.
Laser Cutting
We use two advanced laser systems: a 24/7 Mitsubishi with a 16-shelf tower and a Trumpf Laser/Punch combo. The Mitsubishi handles 5′ x 10′ sheets with a 4000-watt resonator, delivering fast, precise cuts with minimal scratches or post-processing. Contact us or book a free tour to learn more.
