How does machine learning impact manufacturing?
Through the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, our latest addition of our state-of-the-art plant machinery has been designed to significantly reduce carbon emissions. This is achieved by enhancing the efficiency of transportation and logistics, optimizing power generation and distribution, and improving the overall performance of energy systems.
In partnership with our parent company, Exchange Income Corp (EIC), we actively take responsibility for human, social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Our commitment extends to the development of robust sustainability policies, the implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for our team, and the continuous enhancement of our Greenhouse Gas Emissions data collection and reporting procedures. Our aim is to consistently formulate holistic strategies that foster growth while simultaneously conserving energy and preserving natural resources.

Lean Manufacturing Initiatives
Hansen possesses extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and Synchronous Manufacturing initiatives, engaging in activities such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Blitzes, Kanban, and various other initiatives. Our guidance is provided by a seasoned Lean Master Black Belt Trainer.
